The policy below applies to all products.
Within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to provide a refund - The only thing you have to pay is shipping to return all products that are returned or exchanged. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, e-mail your name, order number, and items to be returned to email@example.com. We will provide you with an address to ship the product back. Typically, the best way is through USPS. Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your entire payment provided that it is in the same condition that you received it.
We understand that you might want to swap out for another style/color. No worries - we will pay for all shipping back and forth to make sure that you get the perfect pair. Just reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make it easy to exchange any pair. The only rule is that it has to be done within the first 30 days of receiving your product as mentioned above. There is a limit of two exchanges per customer.
